This talk, by Rhydian Hapgood - a regular visiting speaker at Keyworth Baptist Church, explores whether now is the time be a different kind of church not focussed on meetings and worship but on being the people of God in the situations of today. He draws on those things which Christians have followed for centuries which have been a path for growth. His focus is on four inward and four outward disciplines or spiritual practices. The inner ones are meditation, fasting, study and prayer; the outward ones are simplicity, solitude, submission and service. Rhydian's talk is apt for a people locked-down. It lasts for 12 minutes and although it's aimed at Christians, hopefully there is wisdom in this for everyone.
